The behavior of consumers are studied since it is normal for individuals to think first before they make a purchase.

Most facilities will also make necessary actions in order to retain their customers. They do this by providing them with the best service that they could offer. This concludes that the customer may also behave based on their loyalty to a certain facility.

There is also a possibility that the way a person acts when it comes to buying things is bases on the frequency of them using some products. You may have observed consumers who are patrons of a certain item. On another side, others may have not bought or used such item. Companies will automatically attend to their loyal customers instead of those who are not.

It is not difficult because they can simply try convincing those ones who do not patronize what they sell. Behavioral segmentation is often targeted to people who are part of a specific niche. It is the task of the firm not to waste any of their resources by carefully picking their audience.
