For the frame to work, it has to be the right one for an organization. There are different frames, and you need to identify the one that will work for your organization. To determine the structure that is best for an organization, it should be flexible. It should not have been structured for a particular industry. It should be flexible enough to be used in any industry.

The second thing that you should look at is the documentation and the allocation of tasks. The frame should offer you direction on how the tasks should be carried out. If the structure does not provide this direction, then it is not relevant because your organization may end up doing the wrong thing, which will affect the probability of the frame being successful.

Finally, you should ensure that the framework comes with a training manual. This is a new concept that needs to be adopted in an organization in a particular manner. There needs to be direction on how to go about it. If you are the manager of the production process, you need to ensure that the process is streamlined.
