In a company there are policies that govern it. The management and workers are mainly the one that form a company and they have some responsibility towards each other. The workers have the responsibility to work and give a good and quality output to the company while the employers have the mandate to protect their employees in that they should ensure that health and safety are secured. The company operates at a loss because of the frequent resignations of workers who are not happy with their working terms.
